Mike Mobley:
CEO & General Manager, Mike Mobley has over 32 years experience
in the Telecom industry. Prior to starting WindTalkes USA LLC he enjoyed
employment  with Rockwell - International Richardson, TX and Denver,
CO, Alcatel Networks - Denver, CO, NEC America - Richardson, TX and
Denver, CO and ECI Telecom - Denver, CO.  Experience included 10
years as Systems Engineer designing M/W radio and Fiber Optic networks
and over 16 years as National Sales Manger selling all Telecom
equipment from DSL, M13s, DWDM, Optical Transport , Digital
Cross-connects for both international and domestic applications and
Wireless networks.  

Additionally Mike is a member of the Quiliute Indian Tribe of the Pacific
Northwest and co-founder of WindTalkersUSA.

Kevin Duffy:
EVP Strategic Planning & Business Development, Kevin Duffy
brings over 12 years in the Telecom industry.  Prior to joining and
co-founding WindTalkers USA LLC, Kevin served as Director in Network
Engineering as well as the Revenue Assurance Division of Finance at
LCI/Qwest in Dublin, OH.  He has bee a key player in the Fraud
Department, Lead Project Manager and managed and directed several
groups in Central Office Engineering to include Asset and Capacity
Management, Database Integrity and has also participated on several
successful task forces and tiger teams.  Kevin was also responsible for
material acquisition, vendor relations and timely deployment of network
assets.

Prior to joining Qwest/LCI in 1993, Kevin worked as an Executive
Protection Agent.  Primary duties included 24 hour executive protection
for the owner of Domino's Pizza and The Detroit Tigers.

Additionally Kevin received a BA from Eastern Michigan University

Rich Shawl:
VP Network Engineering & Design, Rich Shawl brings over 27 years
of Telecom and Executive Management experience to WindTalkers USA.
 Rich joined LCI, now Qwest Communications, in 1987 and served in
various positions from operations manager to finance Vice President
during his tenure.  Rich has extensive knowledge in Engineering,
Operations, Network Planning, Network Installation, Network Surveillance,
Provisioning and Finance.

As Vice President of Central Office Engineering, Rich and his team were
responsible for building over 30 C.O.'s, engineering and deploying all
Narrow Band systems which included the 1st Soft Switch application that
was deployed in the Qwest network.

Most recently Rich served as Vice President of Revenue Assurance &
Program Management Finance for Qwest Communications .  He was
directly responsible for SOX 404 and closure of 148 internal control
deficiencies reported to KPMG, Qwest's external auditors.  Rich also
worked on revenue assurance programs for finance which accounted for
over $180 million in recovered revenues over a 2 year time span.  

Prior to joining Qwest, Rich worked as a switch site operations manager
for Argo Communications, Switch Hardware Engineer for Sprint and
served as a communications specialist in the United States Navy.



Ken Carter:
VP Sales & Marketing.  Ken has over 25 years of telecom sales to
WindTalkers.  He began his career with ITT transmission in Raleigh, NC
then moved on to NEC America, Alcatel Networks, Next Level
Communications and Cisco Systems where he served as Major Account
Manger for their Optical Networking Group.  His experience in the industry
covers Systems Solution Sales, New Marketing Development, Product
Standardization, Sales Management, National Account Development,
Lab Trials and First Deployments, Product Management, New Product
Rollouts and Executive Presentations.
